WHO WE ARE
A long tradition of cuisine and hospitality
The bar, the trattoria renovated in its management but respectful of flavors and raw materials, the renovated and redesigned hotel, the carefully chosen staff, all have an ancient yet new name: Albergo Trattoria Ghirardini.
A new adventure has begun. A new piece of road together, in a place designed to welcome you and make sure that you can no longer do without this valley and this place.

The best things in our cuisine come from these mountains and valleys. The eggs of our local hens, our typical potatoes, the mushrooms of Val Parma, the flavors and aromas of our meats and homemade pasta. A tailor-made pantry.
Traditional Dishes
Our cuisine is that of tradition, but renewed in the name of care and professionalism. You’ll find tortelli with potatoes and herbs, anolini, stuffed tip, bacon, pork cup and lamb chops, in addition to the torta fritta prepared daily. Like it used to be, but better than it used to be.
The Wine List
The selection of wines is accompanied by traditional cuisine, but with original proposals. So certainly you will find the wines of the province and the region, but also the best Italian wines and the wonderful French bubbles.

Ten rooms, seventeen beds and a peculiarity that makes the Hotel Ghirardini very similar to the old post hotels of the past: we stop here for the desire to stay.

The heart of it all is the bar, as per tradition. The place where you meet, spend your days or have an aperitif before going to the restaurant.
Wines, spritzes, cocktails, chopping boards and fresh appetizers await anyone who loves to breathe the atmosphere of a completely new bar, but with so much history and so many stories to tell.

Lunch in front of the fireplace, strictly home-made and genuine dishes, exquisite tagliatelle with mushrooms, unique and inimitable herb tortelli, not to mention the second courses of meat !!!
Homemade tarts and amaretto dessert with lost aromas and flavors, a bit like going back in time ….

Excellent welcome, excellent first courses, cappelletti in broth and potato tortelli. The main courses are even better with a very tasty baked tip and spectacular lamb ribs. All washed down with two generous glasses of Lambrusco.
An apt stage! We stopped for lunch returning from the sea: it takes just over twenty minutes from the Berceto tollbooth. We ate in the cool shadow of a pergola.
